At a young age, Rin Fujiwara despised her own appearance. It wasn't until she received a makeup box as a present for her sixth birthday that her perspective changed. Playing with makeup in front of the mirror became a magical experience for Rin, boosting her self-confidence and altering her outlook on beauty. She grew convinced that makeup could change not only a person's looks, but also their heart.
As Rin entered her first year of high school, she realized she wanted to help other girls feel beautiful. With her trusty makeup box in hand, Rin became Ageha, the legendary makeup stylist. Along with her classmate Kisaragi, who cross-dressed as a woman to hide his true identity, Ageha worked her magic in front of the mirror, transforming girls "just like a caterpillar turns into a butterfly."
To book Ageha's services, all one needed to do was write their name and class on a butterfly card and post it on the third-floor bulletin board. Ageha assured her clients that she would be there to help them shine. Rin's story was later documented in a one-shot titled "Kagami no Kuni no Watashi" or "Myself in the Mirror World."
