Set in England during the latter half of the 19th century, the narrative follows Rwanda, a young lad whose mother is a merciless killer. Trapped in the basement for an extended period, an incident shakes Rwanda to break free from confinement and explore the neighboring town. A staff member at a nursing facility takes him in, and he begins a new existence under their watchful eye. Despite discovering solace in the facility, the insipid daily routine slowly loses its charm, and Rwanda yearns for an exciting escapade.
