Komatsu Saki starts off working in a bookstore, but due to certain circumstances, she must work there and enroll in a public school to distance herself from her group of friends. Initially, her tyrannical boss, the manager, greatly affects her, but she eventually realizes that she enjoys her job and that the manager isn't as terrible as she once thought. Can she now move forward with her life?
