The story centers around Kenji Date, the former leader of a biker gang who goes by the moniker "Hyena". He is known for his relentless efforts to eradicate criminal activity from the city, which often puts him at odds with law enforcement. Alongside Kenji, the narrative also introduces two other characters: Bomber and Altemis (Artemis).
