Yamada Taichi, an average and isolated young boy, falls head-over-heels for the famous idol, Shina Kokoro. One day, a promotional DVD and handshake event takes place on the rooftop of a complex, where fate brings the two together as Kokoro plunges from the rooftop onto Taichi's path, causing them both to be hospitalized. While Taichi only suffers minor injuries, Kokoro requires surgery. As the nurse explains the situation to Taichi, a bewildered Kokoro appears in his ward room, but in a strange way - she's phased through the wall! What could have happened to her?
