Takuto is given a headset to try a game that's a virtual reality version of Minecraft. However, during gameplay, the game is inexplicably put under maintenance, so the players are stuck and unable to quit. They must survive in the game until maintenance is completed. The issue? Every six hours in the real world equals half a year in the game, and the revival system is now disabled, adding an extra layer of peril.
