It's the year 2035 on Tinos, a planet colonized by Earthlings 300 years prior. Despite possessing only half of Earth's oxygen and frigid Arctic conditions throughout most of Tinos, humans rely on life support apparatuses to stay alive. Unfortunately, the black market for such devices thrives in Junk City's criminal underworld.
After Blue is mugged, he desperately needs a life support system. However, a group of dubious criminals defraud him of his money and replace his outdated model with an AI that's past its prime. Tricks abound as Weiser, the police chief, manipulates Blue into committing murder and kills him soon after. But, miraculously, the AI named Fatso revives Blue by granting him superhuman strength and transfusing their combined 317 years of wisdom into a new artificial body. With a thirst for justice and a desire to liberate those oppressed by Weiser, Blue embarks on a mission for vengeance.
