Although Haimura Kiri appears to be an ordinary boy, he has an insatiable desire to cut other people's hair. His world changes when he encounters Mushiyanokouji Iwai, known as the "Hair Queen," who is bound by an inherited curse that prevents her from cutting her own hair. Kiri discovers that his specialized scissors, the "Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge," are the only tools capable of trimming Iwai's locks. However, their fateful meeting sparks a deadly game, pitting Kiri against a group of killers wielding cursed weapons known as the "Killing Goods," all intent on assassinating the "Hair Queen." Kiri must protect Iwai at all costs, as the ruthless game begins.
