Iko, who has a tom-boyish personality, has recently started attending Saint Stella School and is determined to become more feminine. Her roommates, Niko and Miko, are the perfect role models for her. During her stay at the school, Iko learns about a powerful object called the Chalice that can grant wishes, but sadly it has been stolen from the abandoned church on the campus. Despite this, she and her roommates embark on a search to find the Chalice but are met with two enigmatic individuals named Siren and Reverse Cross who seem to have control over the Chalice. Unfortunately, the girls are unable to question them as they escape.
As Iko hunts for the Chalice, she also struggles with the mystery surrounding her relationship with Azuma, who has been hospitalized. Who are Siren and Reverse Cross, and what is their motive behind the Chalice? How is Iko's friendship with Azuma connected to her quest for the Chalice?
