As a first-year college student in Tokyo, Kusakabe Noboru has been haunted by a childhood trauma that instilled a fear of women in him - particularly those with large breasts. His anxiety has made it impossible for him to interact with women, leaving him a virgin. One day, he and his friend Takahashi discover Devil Ecstasy, a sprawling establishment that turns out to be a brothel. Takahashi convinces Noboru to lose their virginity there.
Noboru selects the small-chested Meruru while Takahashi chooses the alluring Celine. However, Noboru's fear overwhelms him, rendering him paralyzed while Takahashi revels in his experience. Tragically, Takahashi dies in suspicious circumstances the following day. It is then that Noboru uncovers the chilling reality about the women of Devil Ecstasy - they are succubi, preying on foolish men to sap their life and energy.
