Despite his innocence in harming humans, Daia has faced unyielding pursuit from the vampire hunter association. Kuro has been a constant shadow in his pursuit. Exhausted and fed up with constantly running, Daia decides to flee to a foreign land, Japan, in search of a peaceful existence. Luckily, he finds Shishou, who offers him shelter and protection. However, Daia is aware that one wrong move, such as feeding on or transforming Shishou, could quickly put him back in Kuro's crosshairs. As he becomes closer to his kind host, Daia realizes that he can't afford to mess up.
