Nanao Ichihashi is a brilliant girl who made history by being the first transfer student to attend Mehabia Catholic School. However, the only authority on campus is the "Judicature Club" - an organization established by the school to handle student conflicts. The club's leader and sole judge is a stunning young man named Raika Hanegi, who bears a striking resemblance to a young woman.
