The boy awakens to an eerie quietness in the dimly-lit Gangnam. He surveys his surroundings with confusion and fear, questioning whether he is the sole inhabitant. Lifeless corpses are scattered throughout the building he finds himself in, and with no electricity and an empty night sky, the desolation of his situation grows more pronounced. The emptiness seems to extend beyond Gangnam, engulfing the entire city.
