Daisuke Niwa, a regular and somewhat unlucky middle schooler, suffers from a "condition" that has plagued his family for a staggering three centuries. On his 14th birthday, he develops an alternate identity - the phantom thief Dark Mousy - whenever he lays eyes on his crush, Risa. However, things take a turn for the worse when glimpsing Risa's sister, Riku, causes him to revert back to his original form. To break this cycle, Daisuke must win Risa's heart.
