Set in Tokyo during the 22nd century, Dorabase is a manga that follows the heroic Kuroemon - a feline robot who closely resembles Doraemon. As the protagonist, Kuroemon oversees the Edogawa Doras baseball team, who initially struggle to obtain victories until they eventually gain recognition as a skilled amateur team. Although traditional baseball rules are mostly retained, Dorabase takes things a step further by incorporating a unique feature where each team member can use up to three secret gadgets from the Doraemon collection during gameplay.
