Medical professionals have great influence over the well-being of their patients, comparable to that of omnipotent beings. However, when doctors abuse this power and evade punishment under the law, the intervention of E.D.D., a covert organization committed to ridding society of corrupt medical practitioners, becomes necessary. Dr. Kasahara, who was dismissed from his hospital, becomes involved with this mysterious group. Alongside Kojima, they set out to eliminate Dangerous Doctors from society.
