While en route to Kijijima on a long boat ride with his buddies, Satoshi experiences the end of the world in the form of a mammoth 500-meter tall tsunami wave that overwhelms their vessel, leaving him stranded and secluded on an island with no companionship in sight. Back on the mainland, the remnants of the boat is grounded and ruthlessly battered on the shoreline. Satoshi eventually discovers the ship's passengers and crew and commences an intense battle of wits to ensure their survival.
