Tsubasa Shiina, a shy fourth-grader, has recently relocated to Hokkaido with her father. Unfortunately, making new friends has been a challenge for Tsubasa at school, and her father is too preoccupied with his new job to offer much help. On Parents' Day, he even arrives late, leaving Tsubasa feeling abandoned. One evening, Tsubasa catches sight of a curious object plummeting from the sky- a potential spaceship! The craft crashes into the woods behind her home, revealing a wounded alien struggling within. Suddenly, an ominous creature sets its sights on Tsubasa- but in a moment of transformation, she becomes "Figure," equipped with incredible powers that dispatch of the monster with ease. Perplexed and nervous, Tsubasa soon encounters a young girl named Hikaru, who bears a striking resemblance to herself.
