During class, Hinata, who is introverted and passionate about geek culture, finds themselves sitting next to Mikage, a fashionable girl. To Hinata's amazement, Mikage turns out to be an old friend from their elementary school days. Eager to rekindle their friendship, Hinata tries to communicate with Mikage. Nevertheless, Hinata's reserved and hesitant nature is in contrast to Mikage's tendency to express herself overtly, sometimes resulting in misinterpretations.
