As the demand for high-quality organ transplants in Japan continues to rise, numerous underground organizations have engaged in kidnappings and murders to obtain organs for sale. Even surgeon doctors have become involved, extending their reach to countries outside of Japan, such as China.
Tamaki Suzuhara, a beautiful yet enigmatic high school girl, is on a mission to find someone very important to her who has gone missing. She becomes involved in an illegal organ trafficking network that targets individuals deemed "morally curable" for the surgical removal of organs.
