Casio and Nokia, siblings working as bounty hunters, employ magic packets downloaded from their phones and cast via the camera to vanquish phantasms, peculiar apparitions. Despite the high rewards for capturing phantasms, the pricey magic packets and property destruction they cause have left them destitute, surviving off of instant ramen noodles. Their plight changes when they encounter Sony, a naive yet well-off woman who failed to investigate Casio and Nokia's actual occupation before offering to sponsor them.
