Within this world exists a unique set of individuals who possess an extraordinary ability known as "Minimum Holding". These individuals are capable of amazing feats and have become the focus of a top-tier institution funded by the government. The purpose of this establishment is to help these gifted individuals reach their full potential and serve the country's needs. Despite this, a talented student known as Nice decides to leave the institution and establishes a private detective organization with the help of Hajime. Their cases often involve those who possess the Minimum Holding ability. To bring Nice back to the institution, Murasaki, a top-performing academy pupil, is sent on a mission. Initially resistant to the idea that Nice may be more talented than himself, Murasaki eventually gets pulled into Nice's detective work.
