Sachi Asai is widely known for her never-ending streak of bad luck. However, fate takes a positive turn when she's elected as class president, and a chance encounter with Kurono Hyougo changes her life. Despite rumors of him being scary, Sachi discovers that Hyougo has been living alone in an apartment. Unfortunately, Sachi accidentally exposes Hyougo's legal status as a minor, leading to his eviction. Luckily, Sachi's father, a real estate agent, offers Hyougo their vacant detached house.
