Despite being a cry baby, cowardly, having a youthful appearance, and a modest cup size, Kousaka Shin's ultimate aspiration is to become a doctor. Her determination to achieve her dreams surpasses that of others. However, her teacher, Abe-sensei, confronts her one day, telling her that she is not meant to become a doctor. This marks the beginning of a rivalry between them, made more complicated by the fact that they are also neighbors.
