Like all typical teenage boys, Yokodera's nature includes a certain level of perversion. His eyes can't help but wander up girls' skirts as he fantasizes about them. However, his perverted actions always seem to get turned around and misunderstood as something beneficial for the community. Frustrated with his own behavior, Yokodera seeks respite in a special section of town. He climbs atop a hill and finds a wooden sculpture of a beckoning cat beneath a towering tree. Unlike typical beckoning cats that grant wishes, this one takes something from the user. In Yokodera's case, it takes his perversion. Skeptical but desperate, he decides to give it a try. Unbeknownst to him, his life is about to shift in unexpected ways.
