Inspired by his grandfather's talent for hairstyling, Kyoutarou Kiriyama aspires to follow in his footsteps and become a hairstylist himself. He enrolls at Yumemino Private Academy, also referred to as Tech High, the first technical high school in the country that combines various areas of study, specifically Beauty. However, he is taken aback when he discovers that his classmate is Alto Samejima, an infamous female delinquent renowned for her monstrous strength. Despite this, Kyoutarou's school life is filled with excitement as he uncovers the mysterious practices of a secret idol and forms a connection with a rising, prominent idol. He also receives an unexpected request from Samejima. The narrative highlights the struggle to achieve one's aspirations, regardless of any obstacles or criticism from others.
