After recently entering a romantic relationship with her long-time crush, Makoto Kagami, Hina Amano is ecstatic. Makoto possesses all the qualities any girl would desire, being thoughtful and considerate. However, there is a truth concealed within their relationship that Makoto remains oblivious to: Hina's physical form is being occupied by none other than Makoto's friend Ren Takizawa.
Once childhood friends, Hina and Ren learned of their ability to exchange bodies when they were merely kids. Despite their past, they drifted apart until their high school years, when Ren expressed his feelings for Makoto, but was rejected. As a result, they resumed their body-swapping practices, with Ren utilizing Hina's form as a means to fulfill his aspiration of dating Makoto. In turn, Hina takes pleasure in the popularity Ren's body affords her. The consequences of this switch, however, are far-reaching and may not all be beneficial to both parties.
