Kokoro Suzuhara and his sister Yume are abandoned by their parents and taken to the secluded Hoozuki Island for a new home and school. But peace is hard to come by as Kokoro finds out that the island's children are wary of their teachers, suspecting them of having a nefarious agenda. The more Kokoro uncovers, the more he is convinced of their fears.
Protecting Yume is his top priority, and with the help of his classmates, they try to escape their perilous situation. But their actions have unforeseen consequences that affect all those involved.
