Yoruhiko, a 16-year-old boy, is faced with a daunting task after his twin sister Akane falls into a coma following a dreadful accident. He is determined to maintain her impeccable attendance record at an all-girls boarding school. However, there is a catch - he must pose as Akane. Yoruhiko, who used to be a recluse, is uncertain of how he will cope with the added social anxiety that comes with pretending to be his sister, managing her relationships, and living arrangements.
