Upon meeting Ryuuga, I immediately thought he was the type of protagonist you'd see in an anime. However, that initial impression quickly solidified into a firm belief. He rarely spoke of his past and frequently skipped class, only to return exhausted and covered in injuries. And, of course, there were always beautiful girls surrounding him. The school idol Shiori Yukimiya, the skilled swordsman Rei Aogasaki, and the enigmatic transfer student Elmira McCartney were just a few of the many vying for his attention.
As Ryuuga's loyal friend, I often found myself flustered and trying to keep up with all the new faces. "How did you meet Yukimiya?" I'd ask, or "Why did Aogasaki come specifically to see you?" It was exhausting, but as a self-proclaimed expert in friendship, it was my duty to support Ryuuga, the protagonist among protagonists.
With me by Ryuuga's side, the curtains opened on a rom-com featuring the ultimate best friend duo: Ryuuga Hinomori and Ichirou Kobayashi.
