Haruka Mikami approaches her friend Asuka Morisaki with a strange request to search for her missing body. Asuka shares the bizarre request with their friends, only to find out that Haruka had approached them too. Initially thinking it was a prank, they soon find themselves transported to their school at midnight, realizing they need to locate Haruka's dismembered body's eight pieces to escape. However, the group's search is hindered by a blood-covered girl hunting and viciously attacking them. With time running out, they must quickly locate Haruka's pieces before they are trapped in the nightmarish cycle forever.
