Following the aftermath of the Third World War, Tokyo Metropolitan underwent a renaming procedure and came to be known as Tokyo Swordia, subject to the governance of the "Swordie." These individuals, blessed with innate dexterity in swordsmanship, were considered the aristocratic faction of the community. Hoping to improve his social status, Kurou – a mere mortal – registers at a swordsmanship school with the intention of being amidst the Swordies. Can he survive the battle against those who possess a natural mastery of swordsmanship?
