Jinsei Nagai is renowned as "Bare-Knuckles Jinsei", having grown up in a dumpster and raised in an orphanage. He's an accomplished yakuza who deals with his enemies using just his fists, resulting in a body covered with scars from countless knife and bullet wounds. Everything changes when he rescues Ayumi, the five-year-old daughter of Masayoshi Enjouji—the new police chief—and forms a bond with their family. Jinsei finally feels like he's found a family to call his own and is eager to start anew, but his checkered past and association with the yakuza hinder his every move.
