Mikan Sasaki works as an office lady and possesses the ability to see spirits. She has a quiet admiration for her superior, Akutsu, who appears to be constantly plagued by malevolent entities. Feeling alone on her birthday, Sasaki turns to alcohol and finds herself in a park. Fortunately, Akutsu stumbles upon her and takes her back to his home to rest. Sharing a bed, Sasaki uses her gift to banish the unwanted spirits from Akutsu's surroundings, allowing him to sleep in peace for the first time in ages. In gratitude for his kindness, Sasaki decides to reciprocate by literally sleeping next to him, nestled beneath the same bedcover saturated with his scent. Through these cozy nights spent together, the two socially awkward individuals grow steadily closer, leading to a bedtime romance like none other.
