Komomo Ninomiya spent her early years living a luxurious life akin to that of a princess. She had devoted servants and an abundance of delectable treats at her disposal. Despite this, she longed for the affection of her parents who had little time for her. Whenever she felt lonely, she sought comfort in pastries baked by Natsu Azumi, the five-year-old son of their family's chef. Although Natsu's sweets weren't particularly appetizing or visually appealing, they filled Komomo with an intense sense of warmth.
After Natsu and his father moved to France, Komomo continued to live a life of luxury for the next 10 years, until her father's business went bankrupt. With her status reduced from rich princess to poverty, she had no choice but to work part-time jobs to make ends meet. However, her haughty nature caused her to be fired repeatedly. Her circumstances took a turn for the better when she unexpectedly reunited with Natsu, who offered her a job at his pastry shop, "Méli-Mélo."
However, the Natsu she met now was vastly different from the one she remembered. He worked her to the bone and criticized her harshly for any mistake she made. Despite this, the warmth of his confections remained the same. With their roles reversed, and Natsu now her master, how would their relationship unfold? Would the pampered princess and two-faced patissier find common ground?
