Little Forest follows the journey of Ichiko, a solitary girl residing in a rural Komori forest. Each chapter showcases a dish or meal made from ingredients foraged or harvested from her surroundings. Unlike Witches and Hanashippanashi, the manga makes no extravagant leaps of imagination, relying instead on the natural beauty of the lush, organic artwork. Although it may not appeal to all, Little Forest is a captivating installment in Daisuke Igarashi's breathtaking artwork.
