The protagonist in this tale is Hirama Ren, a highly intelligent student who consistently achieves the best results in his school and is also the leader of the student council. One day, he encounters a group of bullies and requests that they vacate the area; angered by this, they proceed to beat up a pair of individuals and place the blame on him.
In response to this injustice, Hirama resolves to acquire the power required to change the world, creating a reality that conforms to his desires and lacks unsavory individuals. Curiously, his deputy contacts him with an invitation to a school event featuring a hypnotist to liven up the student body, an opportunity Hirama views as perfect for his needs. During the hypnotist's preliminary demonstration, he develops a plan and experiments with whether he can coerce individuals who resist hypnosis. Given his newfound knowledge and abilities, how will Hirama employ his power to reconstruct the world?
