The protagonist of the story is Dan-bi, who happens to be the daughter of a Yakuza boss. One day, she witnesses her father being mercilessly murdered and unfortunately, she is left visually impaired by the assailants. The last thing she saw before losing her sight is engraved onto her memory, causing eternal agony. Dan-bi's mother decides to send her to South Korea to undergo an eye transplant, in a bid to save her life. She takes refuge at her aunt's residence, intending to start anew. However, Dan-bi struggles with fitting in and finds herself caught up in a dilemma between her cousin's romantic interests and the reclusive owner of Jijang son. To make matters worse, she discovers that her aunt's adopted son has a connection with the boy who had come to visit her at the hospital and requested to kiss her eyes. There is an air of sadness surrounding the boy, causing more confusion, leading Dan-bi into more turmoil.
