Recently graduated from college, the protagonist embarks on a quest to find affordable housing and employment in the city. Despite having a tight budget, he scores a surprisingly cheap lodging for a mere 9800 yen monthly rate. Drawn in by the young and gorgeous landlady, he jumps at the chance without reservation. But things take a twisted turn when he discovers that the mansion is not only inhabited by vampires and zombies but also snow maidens and werewolves. This sets the stage for Magetsukan Kitan, a semi-harem romantic comedy that straddles the boundary of being considered hentai with its explicit content.
