Obinata Taiga, an editor for a science fiction magazine, was taken aback when he found Asuoo Shuu waiting outside his family's home one evening. Shuu had married Taiga's older sister, who was something of a dictator within the family, and as a result became Taiga's brother-in-law. What surprised Taiga even more was learning that not only was Shuu his responsibility as a writer, but that he was also a former high school classmate. Despite the family's disapproval of Shuu's unexpected visit, they soon received troubling news that Taiga's sister was missing. With no other option, Taiga reluctantly allowed Shuu to stay and wait for his sister's return before making any further decisions.
