Mao resides in a divine village with his trio of sisters. During his initial year in high school, on the day of the village celebration, he was bestowed with a sacred mission: to transform into a woman. Despite Mao's contentment and acceptance of his newfound femininity, those in his life struggle to adapt. Ako, his forceful twin sister who previously taunted him for his effeminate tendencies, appears to hold herself accountable for his metamorphosis. Both Mao's twin and his closest male friend from school will face challenges as they learn to perceive the newly transformed Mao as a woman.
