Following the heartbreaking loss of her mother in a car accident, Melmo is faced with the responsibility of looking after her younger brother, Totoo. In the afterlife, Melmo's mother pleads with God to provide her daughter with a solution for her struggles. As a result, God creates two special candies: blue and red. The blue candy instantly transforms Melmo into any adult she desires, but prematurely ages her ten years. The red candy reverses her age back by a decade. With the assistance of these magical sweets, Melmo adopts different personas including a nurse, a teacher, and a police officer. She uses her newfound identities to overcome obstacles alongside her brother Totoo.
