As they approach high school, Meguru and Shou fret over the absence of girlfriends in their lives. Then, a formidable woman with generous breasts swoops in and promises to fix their dating woes. She plants a kiss on Meguru, a surreal moment that fades from memory when they reunite with Souko, an old friend from elementary school who's transformed into a stunning young woman. The boys see a chance to win her heart.
But when Meguru realizes he's transformed into a girl after the strange encounter with the woman, he's left to grapple with his new reality.
