The plot of Land of the Blindfolded revolves around Outsuka Kanade, a high school student with the ability to perceive a person's future through touch, and Naitou Arou, a transfer student whose ESP is limited to past events. As Kanade foresees an unfortunate incident, she wonders if she can change it. Along the way, she befriends Arou, who possesses more advanced abilities than her. Arou can control his ESP and use it to extract an object's "memories." The story explores their growing relationship and their differing opinions on interfering with people's fate. In addition to the main story, the series also contains several one-shots, including "The Boy Who Makes Mistakes," "After the Sports Festival," "The Devil in the Flowered Office," and "Inside Rain."
