Ghouls, ghosts, and monsters don't faze Hirono Tachibana at all, as they don't compare to the fear instilled by her classmate Ryota Mikami's intimidating glare or harsh words. Despite his attractive appearance, Hirono is aware that Mikami is a cruel dictator who relishes in giving her orders. When they are assigned to explore a creepy forest at night for an extracurricular activity, Hirono is far from thrilled. But during their unsettling trek, Hirono stumbles upon an astonishing revelation about Mikami.
