The "Laplace Incident" conflict ended with the Neo Zeon remnants, Sleeves, downfall during a fierce battle where two psycho-frame mobile suits, the white unicorn, and black lion, exhibited unimaginable power. To prevent the danger from lingering, the suits were locked away and forgotten. However, the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam 03, which vanished two years prior, is reappearing in the Earth Sphere as a golden phoenix—Phenex.
