As a member of a witch family, Momoko is among the majority of women possessing magical abilities. Yet, revealing such powers to outsiders is forbidden until they meet their soul mate or spouse. Overuse of magic in front of strangers causes Momoko to develop feline characteristics such as cat ears and whiskers, while discovery of her true identity could result in a complete transformation like her mother. Despite joining her school's magic club, her frequent use of abilities increasingly leads to random appearances of cat ears.
