Yukiyo Fujimoto's life has been stagnant. Despite nearing his thirties, he hasn't found steady employment or a romantic relationship. However, as fate would have it, his phone is now bombarded with messages from his past lovers. His "moteki" has finally hit! Love is suddenly coming at him from every direction. His former colleague and music enthusiast, Aki Doi, becomes romantically involved with him under the twinkling stars of a rock festival. Itsuka Nakashiba, an aspiring photographer, seeks his advice and companionship. Natsuki Komiyama, a former colleague and old flame, reappears unexpectedly in his life. Lastly, Naoko Hayashida, a former high-school rebel, returns to their hometown completely transformed.
But with so many options, is Yukiyo ready to commit to anything? And are any of these women truly ready for a real relationship? Although the stage is set, perhaps Yukiyo needs to finally grow up before he's truly ready for love.
