Arisu is at the center of the tale, as she embarks on her high school journey. However, her first day of school, which happened to also be her 16th birthday, proved to be nothing short of catastrophic. On returning home, an inconsolable Arisu overheard her parents embroiled in a heated argument. Shockingly, she learned that her mother was an angel, while her father was a devil. Apparently, the two had fallen in love and tied the knot, ultimately conceiving Arisu as a half angel and half demon. Regrettably, Arisu's powers were beyond her control, and she required finding her soulmate to master them. Her mother advised her to trace the red threads connecting them, though Arisu's threads had been severed. Thus, she would have to employ the conventional method of locating her better half.
