One day, Tanaka stumbles upon a newly opened ramen joint and is startled to come face-to-face with its owner, Taishou, a cat with big ambitions of running his own ramen empire. Intrigued by Taishou's dreams, Tanaka becomes a regular customer of the shop and the two share bizarre adventures there.
